H. Olukemi Dallass is the founder and CEO of Gardner Integrated Services
Limited, a real estate company with expertise in facility management, project management, procurement and advisory. Her experience spans over 18 years with her starting her career with one of the biggest real estate companies in Virginia, USA before returning to Nigeria to work at Caverton Marine Limited now Caverton Off-Shore Support Services Limited as one of the pioneer management staff.
Her passion for real estate has led her to the development side of the industry where she is involved in a few real estate development projects in Lagos, Nigeria. One of such developments is the construction of the biggest privately owned student accommodation project in Lagos.
Also a dedicated social entrepreneur, Kemi recently set-up the Makoko Initiative which is a community-led program targeting change that will improve the social and economical lives of people of that community.
Kemi holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Howard University, Washington, DC and a Master of Science (MSc) degree in
Development Economics from the University of Manchester, England. With her passion for continued self-improvement, she has completed professional courses in facilities management, project management and other management and leadership courses from George Mason University in Virginia, USA and other institutions. She sits on the board of Imara Foundation and contributes to several non-profit organizations.
